Visual is not displaying on a particular page
If the impact visual is not displaying, please check and confirm whether the client ID entered is the same as that provided by GreenStory

Visual is not displaying for certain products
Visual does not display for a product if that product is not mapped correctly in the Green Story platform. This usually happens if you have added a new product to the store. Please contact Green Story to get the product mapped.

Visuals have stopped displaying across all pages

This happens if your subscription with Green Story has expired. Please contact Green Story to renew your subscription.
