Automated WhatsApp Abandoned Cart Recovery
Set your template & message content, set your schedule (from 10 minutes to 72 hours) and you're good to go! you can send a coupon code, offer to help the customer to pick the right product, or asking the customer what stepped in the way that you can solve to help them complete the purchase!
Personalized WhatsApp Messages
In case you want to send an instant customized WhatsApp message to a particular customer, just navigate to History tab in the app dashboard, find the order ID, click 'Send Message' and communicate with your customers with a click of a button, use variables like Customer Name, Order ID, Tracking Number to personalize your messages and achieve higher reply rate
Attach Media (Image/Video)
You can attach Image/Video with your WhatsApp manual messages, automated order notification templates or abandoned cart recovery templates, there's two ways to attach media
- Upload Image/Video
- Paste Image/Video link (must be a direct link with the media extension visible at the end of it)
example: ends with .png, .jpg, or .mp4
Instant Notifications & Delayed Notifications
You can choose when to send your messages, instantly or after a specific period of time, from 1 minute to 72 hours, However, for abandoned cart recovery messages the minimum delay is 10 minutes, and the maximum is 72 hours.
