¿Cómo se instala y qué pasos debo seguir?
En webFactura nos encargamos de todo el proceso: desde el inicio de actividades (si no lo tienes) hasta la configuración e instalación de los folios en webFactura, hecho esto podrás instalar la APP en tu tienda y comenzar a emitir boletas o facturas una vez que tus clientes generen una compra.
Tenga en cuenta que...
Toda empresa que requiera emitir documentos electrónicos a través de webFactura, debe cumplir 4 requisitos ante el SII:
- Haber realizado y mantener vigente el trámite de inicio de actividades en el SII.
- Disponer de un certificado digital o firma electrónica. Para que una empresa pueda emitir facturas o boletas electrónicas necesita de un certificado digital que permite firmar los documentos en su formato electrónico y realizar todos los tramites en línea ante el SII.
- Solicitar al SII autorización para usar una solución de mercado. Este proceso se llama Certificación e implica una serie de pasos que se realizan en la página del SII.
- Descargar folios electrónicos desde la pagina del SII. Estos permiten generar el timbre electrónico (código de barras PDF417) que va impreso en la factura o boleta.
