Order Confirmation

• Easy to install and set up very quickly.
• Whenever a customer places a new order on your store, app immediately sends SMS providing a confirmation URL on the given mobile number.
• The customer will give confirmation through the URL and the app will mark a particular order with confirmed status.
• In case the customer will not confirm the order, order verification will be marked as pending so you can take manual action on the order.
• If you enabled order fulfilled, canceled, or paid notification, the customer will be notified via SMS.

Abandoned Cart Recovery

If a customer goes away from their checkout, this app will send a customer up to 3 follow up SMS to come back to their cart. Using this app will reduce abandoned carts by drawing customers back to your store.

First Follow Up SMS (Set 30 minutes or 1 hour, or 6 hours)

The first follow up is a reminder of what they have abandoned their checkout.

Second Follow Up SMS (Set 1 hour, 6 hours, 9 hours or 12 hours)

Use the second follow up to make them an offer or discount. Most people navigate away from your store due to prices or expect a discount.

Third Follow Up SMS (Set 12 hours, 18 hours or 24 hours)

Use third follow up to make them again an offer/discount or ask about the reason for their cart abandonment.
