The Faraday App for Shopify gives you everything you need to know about the customers you love. The app uses our prediction engine to reveal the distinct personalities you’ve grown your business around and learn how to truly connect with them.

Data Requirements

This app uses machine learning to generate personas that are unique to your customer base. To effectively enrich and analyze your data, we recommend that installers have at least 500 customers in the US.

Persona Engine

Faraday’s seamless integration with Shopify’s platform allows us to pull your store’s transactional data to build customer personas and deliver insights. We match your customer data to the Faraday Identity Graph (our consumer database containing 400+ attributes on nearly every US adult), enabling machine learning models to not only describe who your customers are today, but predict how they will behave in the future.
