Abandoned Cart SMS & Campaigns

This App will assist you in​ the conversion of an abandoned cart into revenue. You have full control over SMS Templates, App Settings, and Billing Plans.

How does it work?

If a customer goes away from their checkout, this app will send a customer up to 3 follow up SMS to come back to their cart. Using this app will reduce abandoned carts by drawing customers back to your store.

First Follow Up SMS (Set 30 minutes or 1 hour, or 6 hours)

The first follow up is a reminder of what they have abandoned their checkout.

Second Follow Up SMS (Set 1 hour, 6 hours, 9 hours or 12 hours)

Use the second follow up to make them an offer or discount. Most people navigate away from your store due to prices or expect a discount.

Third Follow Up SMS (Set 12 hours, 18 hours or 24 hours)

Use third follow up to make them again an offer/discount or ask about the reason for their cart abandonment.
