WP Anchor Header

WP Anchor Header generates anchored headings (H1-H6), creating a heading like this:

<h2 id="the-heading"> The Heading<a class="anchorlink dashicons-before" href="#the-heading"></a> </h2> 

The links are styled using the following CSS:
