Easy Digital Downloads – SMS Admin.

The EDD SMS Admin plugin gives you access to your Easy Digital Downloads sales and earnings data, sent to you by SMS. The plugin will also send an SMS notification, when a new sale is made.

Using your phone you can:

• Retrieve information about your EDD setup.
• Retrieve sales statistics.

To use the plugin you need a Twilio full or free trial number.

From your phone, you can issue commands contained in a text message, which are sent to your Twilio number

For example, to retrieve this month’s sales figures, you’d send a text message to your Twilio number containing the command:

{pin number} edd stats – this command will reply to your number with an SMS message containing this month’s earnings and sales data.

To show data related to your EDD site’s setup use:

{ping number} edd details

To get show the plugin help, use the command

{pin number} edd help

Notice that the commmand is configured with a PIN number, which you configure from the EDD extension settings page.
