Device status tracker was built to help you ticket manage and update your clients on all their orders!
Once an order is placed in the system, your customer will receive a email with a live link to check for updates.
Each time the ticket is updated the customer will receive an email that the status has changed.
In the Pro-Version, you are able to customize the emails and have your customization’s stored for re-use.
Device type customization and order notes are also available in the Pro-Version.
Includes short code for custom post type device-status which will allow users to search their order with the tracking number.
