You can manage our work and track orders via Shopify.

What the app helps you to do

1. Order deliveries directly from your order list.
2. Track your deliveries.
3. Display us as a delivery option and the delivery price on checkout.
4. Set your own delivery conditions: choose time slots for pickup, use options like thermal bags.

How to start

1. Install our Shopify app.
2. Become our client—there will be a link in the app settings.
3. Connect your Yandex account to the app.
4. Customize delivery options for your shop: set the delivery pickup time slot and add some rules for the customers if needed, e.g. prohibit instant delivery for heavy parcels.
5. We are good to go!

How our delivery works

When a customer places an order, the delivery is not initiated automatically—you order it manually via the app once the order is paid and fulfilled.

We pick up the parcel from you very soon after you initiate the delivery.

There are two delivery options you can offer to your customers: Express delivery and Regular delivery.

Enable Express delivery only if you can ship goods almost immediately after the order is placed—then the whole thing will take about an hour. If you need more time, only display the Regular option in the cart.

You can batch several parcels into one delivery. If you do that, you determine the order in which we will deliver the parcels.
