Esta integración te permite crear facturas legales en Siigo para tus pedidos de Shopify de forma automática o con sólo presionar un botón. Se encarga de buscar o crear los clientes y productos en siigo. Además te permite asignar "formas de pago" en Siigo para cada método de pago que aceptes en tu tienda de Shopify.
¿Qué necesitas para utilizar esta integración?
- Tener una cuenta activa en Siigo
- La moneda de tu tienda debe ser Pesos Colombianos
- Los precios de tu tienda deben de estar configurados como "IVA Incluido"
Creación automática de facturas.
Crear facturas para tus pedidos es un proceso manual y repetitivo que puedes automatizar y utilizar ese tiempo extra creciendo tu negocio. Con esta integración tienes la opción de crear las facturas de forma automática.
- Crear factura cuando el pedido es creado.
- Crear factura cuando el pedido es empacado.
Si prefieres tener un control extra en la creación de tus facturas puedes crearlas de forma semiautomática con dar click en un botón.
Creación de clientes.
Si tu cliente no se encuentra creado en Siigo esta aplicación lo creará automáticamente con los datos que el cliente ingresó en la dirección de facturación en el momento de hacer el pedido.
Para crear la factura se necesita tener el número de documento del cliente. Esta aplicación toma el campo de empresa en la página de pagos y lo usa como campo de cédula. Esta es una práctica común en las tiendas Colombianas. Si tu tienda no está pidiendo el número de cédula usando este método te recomendamos que hagas los cambios o nos escribas y te ayudamos a realizar esta configuración gratis.
Mapeo de productos.
Si ya tienes los productos de tu tienda creados en Siigo tenemos varias opciones para que hagas el mapeo de los productos y así esta aplicación reconozca los productos que se agregaran en cada factura.
- Mapea productos comparando el campo de SKU en Shopify con el campo de código en Siigo.
- Mapea productos comparando el campo de Código de barras en Shopify con el campo de código en Siigo.
- Mapea productos comparando el Id de la variante en Shopify con el campo de código en Siigo.
Si no tienes los productos creados en Siigo tienes la opción de crearlos dando click a un botón o activando la opción de crearlos de forma automática. Esto permitirá que se creen a medida que se vayan a facturar.

Puedes seleccionar la forma de pago en Siigo para cada pasarela de pago en Shopify.
