With Superhappy installed you will have a Help Center, directly on your store, where customers can go for support.
Help Desk
- For every support request that comes in, a ticket will be created. Each ticket gives you information about the customer, the order, past orders, past tickets from the same customer, etc.
Your shop's Help Center has three key elements:
Knowledge Base
- Help your customers help themselves: your Knowledge Base is a collection of helpful articles, answers to the most frequently asked questions or detailed product documentation.
Order Status Page
- One of the most common question for any store is: Where is my order? With an Order Status Page customers can get an answer instantly.
Contact Form
- Your Knowledge Base and Order Status Page will reduce the number if support requests you will get, but if a customer still has a question, there is contact form to reach you.
