3. Once they receive their item in the mail, they must post an Instagram story of them using the item or service, clearly tagging you business & they must keep it up until it expires after 24 hours (We make sure of this).
4. When it expires, Guru Club automatically triggers a partial refund back to their form of payment.

*If your customer does not tag your business in a story within 60 days of their purchase, they do not get a refund.*
