How does it work?

Once you install the app with the help of our install process for the Shopify free theme, it would hardly take 5 minutes. If you have a custom Shopify theme, Then you need to follow the configuring steps, and it will take approx 10-15 minutes. When your customer clicks on the cancel button, he/she will get a popup confirmation. Once the order cancellation is complete, then the order will be canceled and a refund process will be done by the store admin.

Refund Process

The refund process will be performed by the store admin only (Manually). Refunds will not perform automatically.
