USO DEL PLUGINS CorreosChile
- Desde la pantalla principal de su tienda -> dirigirse a Aplicaciones (Apps)
- Accede al market place de Shopify.
- Buscar la aplicación CorreosChile y podrá instalar con un click dentro de su tienda
Configuración de la aplicación
Debe configurar en la aplicación los siguientes campos:
Usuario del correo de Chile: El usuario proporcionado para utilizar aplicación.
Contraseña : Debe ingresar la contraseña que le ha entregado Correos de Chile.
Id de usuario: Es un identificador único del cliente para corredores
Nombre : Nombre de quien contrato el servicio de correos.
Apellido : Apellido de quien contrato el servicio de correos.
Rut : Cédula de identidad.
Teléfono: Teléfono de contacto.
Código Postal: Corresponde al codigo postal de su dirección.
Dirección : Dirección desde donde se despachan los productos.
Email : Dirección de correo electrónico de contacto.
Formato de etiqueta: Corresponde al tipo de impresión que se realizará, entre estas opciones están los formatos PDF, PDF Small y para impresoras Zebra.
Valor Añadido: Corresponde a un valor númerico que incrementará el calculo de despacho de Correos de Chile, por defecto su valor es cero.
Con esta configuración su aplicación queda operativa.
CONOCIENDO EL PLUGINS DENTRO DE LA APP
- Una vez que acceda a la aplicación podrá ver los menús que están disponibles para los clientes:
- Pedidos: Se listarán todos los pedidos que no han sido tramitados para despacho de su tienda Shopify, estos se listarán en línea desde su tienda. Desde esta opción también puede imprimir las etiquetas de sus pedidos.
- Retiros: Esta opción le permite solicitar retiros de los productos que usted seleccione para que puedan enviarse a despacho por correos, desde acá también se genera el manifiesto para que pueda imprimirlos y firmar los retiros que realice Correos de Chile de su tienda.
Archivos: Queda un historial de los pedidos entregados satisfactoriamente.
