Let your customers request returns in seconds, on a branded self-serve portal on your domain – whether they are returning one item or many (no coding required!). You can use our standard returns policy or your own.

The portal is set up instantly on yourdomain.com/a/returns. All your customers need is either their email or mobile number to start their return.

Notifications

Branded customisable email notifications for your customers and progress updates for you and your team to keep everyone in the loop.

Return labels

Choose from USPS, Collect+ or InPost for exclusive flat-fee shipping rates. Labels are automatically generated and sent straight to your customers, who have 1000’s of convenient drop-off locations to choose from. Alternatively, upload your own labels.

You decide who pays for the return – whether you want to offer free returns, share the cost with your customers, or even have your customers pay for the full return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Save time processing refunds. Whether you want to refund the original payment method, apply store credit, or allow customers to select their exchange items during the return process and automatically create a new order.
