The Contact Us plugin for LionO360 CRM allows website visitors to easily contact the website owner or company through a customizable contact form or email. The plugin syncs the information from the Contact Us page to create a new lead or helpdesk ticket in LionO360 CRM.    This plugin includes features such as customizable fields for the visitor's name, email address, and message, as well as the ability to set up automatic responses or notifications to be sent to the website owner when a message is received. Install Contact us Plugin   To make the plugins functional, restart the application    Configuration   Go to Admin → Plugins → Contact Us → Configuration  Go to Configuration/widgets-lists – Enable Contact us widget  Enter the LionO360 API Configuration Information  Enter the Mail confirmation template for Sales and Support  Enter configuration message for Confirmation email  Enter View Form information to setup contact us form, Field mapping with LionO360  To check the Contact us submitted records “View contactus submission list
