Advanced Geocoder for Jomsocial

User plugin to improve Jomsocial Geocoding feature. Depending on their server or shared host, some Jomsocial admins experienced issues with Jomsocial core geocoding. This simple user plugin checks when a user logs in if coordinates are set and processes Geocoder if not. The plugin then translates the user address fields to coordinates using Google API or Yahoo geocoding API if Google fails.
