Plugin reads shipping and billing addresses from PayPal payment, your customer lets do last step. On this page he can select shipment method from the list. Each shipment method has own fee and the order amount can be changed. Attention. Buyers can select shipment method after approving payment, but the will pay another amount with shipment fee. PayPal allows to change approved order only for 75$ or 115% (minimum values of both). If customer selects expensive shipment method he will be redirected to Shipping Cart page and he must re-pay again (old transaction will be cancelled).
